Crossfit makes your body ache for a couple of days.
Crossfit is like a gym, you exercise and you get sore for a couple of days.
Crossfit really helps you get fit. You do all kinds of exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, burpies, pull-ups and more.
Burpies are no hard until you do a whole bunch of them, and then you can barely stand up.
It hurts really bad. Crossfit is fun because sometimesd we play games like dodgeball.
We also do routines in groups, those really hurt.

I love crossfit but it hurts when you're done working out. but even though it hurts, you do get fit.
