At the crossfit gym you lift things, you do exercises like squats, squat thrusts, and guerilla walks.
The gym I go to with my class is called Invictus.
The gym is located downtown San Diego, in the Little Italy neighborhood. Something else I do at the gym is our one lap jog.
Our warm-up is butt kicks, karareoka, sprints, rockets, and cradle walks.
After that, the teacher introduces us to a new exercises. Its very fun.
