You Want to Be in Shape? Do Sport. by: Jacob




Do you sit on the couch all day eating greasy fries and watching T.V. ?





Are you out of breath walking around the block?





You should be playing sports.





No matter what size you are you can still play any sport you want. Sports will help you in many ways.





You meet new people, you get in shape, you get stronger, and you`re in a good mood. When I played football a few years ago I made alot of good friends, some of which I have today.





Playing sports isn`t easy, but it`s worth the hard work you put into it.
