I like crossfit because it gives me a lot of exersice and pain.

This exercise porgram is really healthy. The guy that helps us to do this excersice is Nuno.

He likes to teach us pull ups, squats, sit ups, running for warm- up, and many more.
Nuno is a really kind man.

When we are over with crossfit, the next day we are so sore, can't even walk.

Are stomarch hurts because when we do sit ups we brace and it hurts but thats good because we loss a lot of weight.

Nuno keeps us in shape and we like that because we are always healthy.

Try croosfit get in shape, and you get more muscles.

Summer is over, and football is back! The plays, the catches, and the touchdown, it's better then ever. Yup, the summer is over, but that doesn't mean the fun is over, the fun is barely starting.

I'm not talking about flag football or two hand touch football, I'm talking about tackle football, the big leagues.


If your a big fan of football, you better be happy right now, because the Super Bowl trophy might go to your team.

If your a Chargers fan,or NY Jets fan or any team, you might want to cheer real good this season, anyone might the Super Bowl.

Don't worry if your team doesn't win this season of the Super Bowl, there is always next season. Any team you go for, cheer real good because your team might win this season of the Super Bowl.

I am new at Monarch.

One of the things I like about the Monarch school is that they take us shoping every 7 weeks.

Like I told you, I am new here but I like this school very much. There a lot of things to do like after school, you can choose what to do. There are 2 things to do every day like movies, carehouse, go to the Microsoft store, where you can play Xbox 360, and more things.

Another thing that I like is P.E. and crossfit in P.E. We do sports like soccer, baseball and football, and in crossfit we go to a gym called Invictus and we have a good trainer.

But one of the best things is the Butterfly Birthday. It's every third Wednesday of the month. They give presents to some students and a good lunch.

Jorge Santa Cruz is a famous corridos singer. He sings for famous Mexican Mafia people like "Los Antraks","El Chapo" and more.

He sings really cool songs about Mafia people. If you go to http://www.grooveshark.com/ and type in "Jorge Santa Cruz" you'll see alot of songs. One of my favorites is "Scareface Renacido", or "El Comandante Antraks". There are some other cool corridos singers like "Gerardo Ortiz", "El Komander","Larry Hernandez", "Erick Estrada", and "Estrategia De Guerra". Those guys are my favorites. The songs are in Spanish go on and listen to them.

All of those songs are cool. As I said earlier you should listen to them. They talk about how they fight with guns vs. the police, how much time they took in the fight, and who where they sent by.

What I like about my friend is that she is always there for me and I am always there for her.

I have a cool friend, her name is Elisabeth and she always makes me smile and laugh.I realy like being her freind.

When we were at lunch eating, she laughed a lot and acted out a lot.

She is a good friend to be with and have. She is silly and she even knows when I am mad or sad. She and I got angry at each other, we stopped talking to each other but we couldn't resist talking to each other. So insted we wrote a friendly letter and apologized to each other.

Before she moved , we were good freinds. We were like "bff" and I will never forget the times we were friends, the days she made people and me laugh , and every time I introduced her to a new person, she would make them laugh and smile.

When I as younger,people use to make fun of me.

My name is Juan.

Dancing is one of my favorite things to do. I started dancing when i was 5.When i was in Elementary people made fun of me alot, Kids thought it was a girl thing. I stopped dancing for a while when i went to 6th grade at monarch, alot of kids i know who went there dance.

One time i told a kid who is now my freind, "Why are you dancing? It's a girl thing. He dances no matter what. I started to dance again.

Some people love watching me dance, except one person in my life--mydad. He thought I was gay, but I proved him wrong.

I dance no matter what, I don't people put me down. I love techno music because it makes me happy. If you love to dance, you should dance--no matter what. Don't let people put you down.
